Shipping
All orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order processing may be delayed due to various reasons, such as a high volume of orders or postal service delays. We kindly ask for your patience at such events. Orders will be processed as soon as possible at a reasonable time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for every order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Within Australia:
Australia Post is our preferred courier for shipping within Australia. Other couriers may be used if Australia Post experiences difficulty in meeting demands. Shipping rate within Australia is calculated by weight and distance according to Australia Post’s or other chosen courier’s pricing. Free shipping is offered for orders over AU$ 199.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries, regions and territories.
At this time, we do not ship to the following countries, regions or territories: Afghanistan, Anguilla, Ascension Island, Barbados, Belarus, Botswana, Cuba, Gambia, Guam, Honduras, Jamaica, Libya, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, North Korea, Russia, Rwanda, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Tunisia, Uruguay, Yemen. This list is not definite and we may not ship to your country due to limitations with our courier service. We will notify you with an email in such instances. Your order will be cancelled and payments will be refunded. The bank or payment service you used has full discretion in deciding if payment processing fees are refunded.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and distance according to our courier’s pricing.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nuti-Life is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nutilife.order@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can only ship to P.O. boxes that accept parcel deliveries. If the P.O. box provided does not accept parcels, we will ask for another address for delivery. Additional shipping fees for further shipping are at the cost of the customer.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns for any opened and used items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nutilife.order@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
